What book formats do you offer?

All our titles are available in print format . Some titles may be available as e-books or audiobooks in the future, but for now, the focus is on print books.

Are the books still in stock?

Yes, the books displayed on our website are available. If a title becomes out of stock, the information will be indicated on the product page.

What are the preparation times?

Each order is prepared within 3 to 5 working days .

What delivery methods are available?

You can choose between 3 options at checkout:

  • 🚚 No tracking : the most economical option, without tracking.
  • 📦 With tracking : a tracking number is provided to you.
  • 🚀 Premium tracking : priority, fast delivery with full tracking.

What are the destinations you ship to?

Europe and UK : between 4-10 days

No, it is not possible to pay by check.

📦 Returns and refunds

How do I track my order?

If you have chosen delivery with tracking or premium tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What should I do if the package is damaged during delivery?

If your package arrives damaged, check its contents in front of the delivery person. If there are any problems (torn packaging, missing or damaged product), refuse delivery and report it on the delivery slip. Then contact our customer service with your order number: we will quickly find a solution.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If the indicated deadlines are exceeded, contact us via our contact form or by email at msanogobooks[at]gmail.com specifying your order number.

The items don't suit me, what should I do?

If the products do not suit you, we invite you to send us an email at msanogo[at]gmail.com.

We will look together for the possible causes of these inconveniences.

If we still cannot find a solution, we will take back the undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your package.
