MANIFEST GOODNESS LIKE GOD Part 2

“Now the God of peace... equip you for every good work to accomplish his will, working in you what is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ... Amen!”

(2 Corinthians 8:12, NKJV)

(...) There is a difference between goodness and kindness. There is no verse where God exhorts us to kindness. On the other hand, He exhorts us to kindness. Divine kindness is distinguished from human kindness by the fact of practicing good toward the wicked as well as the unjust, toward the deserving as well as the unworthy. It is this type of kindness that must characterize you, and identify you as a son of God. (...) You are a son because you believed in Jesus; and this identity as a son of the Heavenly Father is confirmed by acts of kindness.

“Your” Divine goodness is your spiritual identity.
