There will always be causes that
will justify judgment on any territory, but you must choose to see differently because you want to bless. Numbers 23:8-9: Fortunately for Israel, there was, at that time, no anger from God against them; so, instead of showing Balaam the causes of the curse, God showed him His Purposes. Balaam then began to bless Israel.
Do as Abraham did, whose posterity it is said will bless the nations: while Sodom had many reasons to be cursed, Abraham chose not to see the causes of the curse but to think of the righteous, to think of what could give hope.
When you rise in spirit, choose to go towards the divine Designs by seeking the good and all causes that would bring joy to your heart and to that of God, then open your mouth and bless
